One of the main idea in the course is to form a morning success ritual Which basically includes:
Drink a glass of water right after you wake up.
30+ minutes of exercise
Healthy breakfast (As organic and raw as possible).
I know if I install such success ritual/habit my productivity will skyrocket and I will have an amazing day...
(Amazing day will result in amazing week. Amazing week will result in amazing year. Amazing year will result in amazing life)
But still, unfortunately I have been trying and thinking to set this habit for almost a year without any success.
What is the point of going through such courses if I can't implement ideas. Ideas are dime a dozen if not put into use. And can be worth millions if implemented.
NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!! From tomorrow onwards here will be my morning ritual:
5:45: Jump out of bed.
5:45-6:15: Freshen up.Drink a glass of water. Drink Yerba Mate tea update my results on the forums here. Read for 15-20 minutes.
6:15-7:00: Exercise for 3o minutes. Rest.
7:00-8:00: Bath. 10-15 minutes of meditation.
Make and drink Super Food Smoothie:
Blueberry. Strawberry. Green powder. Protein powder
Eben mentioned that it takes 30 days to form a habit. I will perform the above ritual continuously for 30 days. No Excuses!!!! Most important part of above ritual is to wake up at 5:45 AM every morning. Other things will automatically fall into place.
I will post on this thread every morning for the next 30 days. This is my public commitment. Wish me luck. Feel free to join me. Also I am looking to have a responsibility partner who is looking to form same habit. ( PM me). I am in CA Bay Area.
