I've read his biography recently. Its one of the most inspirational books I've ever heard. This guy is a role model for me. I have so much respect for Steve Jobs, its truely sad that he passed away so young.

That was agreat, Isaiah. Thanks for sharing that video. Steve Jobs had such a great way of breaking things right down to their main point. It's interesting how we all use the word "outsourcing" and he uses the term "talent scout". These small changes in his perception are what made him a legend in his time. When we think of outsourcing, we think of just handing off the work to others and getting it "out" of our lives. It's obvious that Steve Jobs viewed the same activity of hiring others as something that he was intimately involved with and that was an ongoing, evolving process for him. He truly was one of a kind.

Steve Jobs was the modern day Thomas Edison who changed the way people think, live and communicate with each other.

I cringe when I hear people describe him as a good businessman. He was much more than that. Nice share.

Steve Jobs is truly inspirational and a true legend.

He continued to work in his hospital bed before his passing. Absolutely incredible!

This is someone that we can all look up to for generations to come.
