I would request all the readers reading this thread to share the techniques used by them and the benefits derived.
Lets start by myself. I sit silently and focus on my inhalation and exhalation for a few moments.
Then I suggest my mind that I breath in positive energy and breath out negative energy. Continue this for a while.
Then you can have your own messages like
"I breath in health and I breath out disease."
"I breath in love and I breath out hatred ness."
And when you have enjoyed this for a good time you should suggest yourself in the end that my life is full of positive energy, health and love. Depending upon the messages you have given.
I have found this technique to have effects and sometimes instant effects
