trouble concentrating and being organized

Greetings,

I am currently having a very difficult time keeping focus when trying to start an on line business.

There is some much information and I don't know what to stay with or where to pivot next.

Any suggestions? hire virtual assistant, etc..

If you have the funds, outsource your stuff, or else, make a proper plan and stick to it. Trust me, its easier than it sounds.

I struggled with the same when i was still starting out. My advice? Start with what you're good at and keep doing it until you see results.

I was a freelance writer before I did IM, so it was quite natural for me to do article marketing, link wheeling and constant updating of my website in the beginning. (Of course, I did some things here and there, but I realized that I won't go anywhere by learning something new all the time.)

You will see the difference in your income when you follow my advice.

I think other marketers will share the same opinion - do one thing at a time and do it really well. Are you good at networking with other people? Why don't you try Twitter or Facebook marketing?

This is such great advice. I would have clicked the thanks button but I don't see it yet

Working in the world wide web can be really overwhelming but you can also opt to hire a virtual assistant who can do the legwork for you. This way, you can concentrate on the more important stuff for your business. Time management is also very crucial since you are your own boss and you own your time.

    Hi Highlander11,

Sorry, do you need help with time management? Or getting started/building you business?

If time management, get this FREE useful tool, which is available in the forum:

    Free productivity planner | joefizz.com

Or, if building your business, try this:

A cheap & simple membership site for Internet Marketing. http://www.nolistnoidea.com

    Strategic advice, try this:

    Inner Circle Membership | joefizz.com

Information overwhelm is a massive side effect of getting started, so getting guidance will avoid all of that stuff.

    Llwyddiant!

I think the best way to stay focus, is to write down what is your plan, idea, or daily activities, you want to do.

I have the same problem in staying focus. I write down what I need to do throughout the day to remind myself of it.

It works for me. It has helped me achieve different tasks that I have to get done.

If you are concerned about information overload in this business, the best thing is to stick to one thing first. Learn it, master it, and move on the next one, do not jump from one thing to the next one, or you are going to be all over the place, and you will not achieve anything, if you start something get it done and then move on to the next task.

I hope it helps a little bit.
