The 5 Biggest Mistakes That Robbed Me of Success

Hey All,
I wanted to write this post and share with everyone the biggest mistakes I have made because I'm almost positive that many others have done them as well. I believe that the faster we can recognize our mistakes the faster we can succeed.

Mistake #1: Didn't Take Action

This is by far the biggest mistake I have ever made, I have been studying internet marketing for the better part of 7 years now and only actually have had success for the last 2. So for 5 entire years I did nothing but buy product after product and daydream.

• **Action Step**: Do something productive in your business everyday! start by creating a piece of content daily, write an article, make a video ect ect. For instance this post right here, I don't know if anyone will read it or if anyone will find any value in it but I'm writing it anyway to train myself to be productive and take action every single day, not only that but I really do hope that it will help some of those who read it. Make a time slot in your day to be productive in your business and stick to it with no exceptions.

Mistake #2: Didn't Believe in Myself

This actually went hand in hand with me not taking action. I didn't believe in myself or my dream, I never thought any content I created would be interesting enough for people to want to read and I also didn't think any of my knowledge was good enough to help anyone else.

• **Action Step**: Plain and simple STOP thinking that way!!!! we all have been through different experiences in life and what you may not think is helpful could actually help change other peoples lives. In my case I didn't think I could help anyone make money online because I wasn't pulling in the numbers like the guru's but in reality only 5% of internet Marketers or something like that actually make consistent money online and I fall into that category. And on top of that I actually make money online in a very tiny obscure niche of which I knew absolutley nothing about. Along the way I have learned alot from my experiences and I believe that my experiences and knowledge can infact help others and I hope it does.

Mistake #3: Was Seeking Perfection

This mistake here also went hand in hand with the others, I was to busy being a perfectionist and any action that I did take ended up in the trash bin because it wasn't perfect. My very first clickbank product literally took me over a year to finish because i did nothing but analyze, tweak and critique it when in reality should have been done in a week.

• **Action Sep**: Stop seeking perfection, take action, get it online and tweak from there.

Mistake #4: My Mind Wasn't Ready For Success

It was way easier to read fancy sales page after sales page and live vicariously through my daydreams of wealth and success. It was a drug to me, I would read a salespage promising riches by the morning and I would go into this daydream mode and think about how great life would be living my dreams and soon feel good endorphines filled my body and mind, then I would purchase the product see that it wasn't what I expected or wanted to believe and crash, the high was quickly gone and I was soon scouring the forums and internet for my next feel good fix. This went on and on until finally I got my mind right.

• **Action Step**: The dream is real however know that it takes hard work, determination and consistency to achieve. And it won't happen overnight, but the journey is worth it, embrace the struggle. If you put in the work your dreams will surely follow.

Mistake #5: Focused on The Money

This is my proudest obstacle that I have overcome. In the past everything I did was money oriented, I focused on the money first and the people second. Today money really doesn't mean much to me and helping people has become everything. I believe that if you truly and sincerely want and try to help people then the money will follow.

• **Action Step**: Money isn't everything and really in my opinion it should be the last thing you think of. Focus on truly helping others and the money will flow to you.

So these were my 5 biggest mistakes that continually robbed me of success, I wanted to share them with you to hopefully help anyone who is also experiencing them overcome them. So just to summarize,
