PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Hey guys! I been reading a lot of your posts and they are extremely motivating and i love the fact that everyone is so supportive of each other. I just wanted to give you guys some good energy and let you know a bit of my story. I started taking internet marketing seriously about 2 years ago and i started putting a solid plan together. I initially started out spamming which i wasn't proud of but it taught me a lot. The biggest thing people always say is that everything you do with internet marketing is so saturated. EVERYTHING in life is SATURATED!! That pushes me when everyone is doing something because i know if i can excel in that, than i can do anything i put my mind to. It's about how YOU do it, not how everyone else does it. In order to have any success online you really need to take action and not worry so much about what everyone else is doing. I am not trying to brag but instead trying to motivate! Today i have reached about 5k a month income and it is continually growing but it was not easy. I have done this with just my online aspect of my company just by building a solid buyers list and email marketing. I haven't even taken my business offline yet nor have i expanded online the way i want to. The possibilities are endless and it is all just a matter of time! I am aiming for Millions by next year as it may sound unreachable i finally believe it! these are the rules that i try to stick to daily:

1) Prepare. Write down all of your goals and stay organized.
2) Take ACTION! Cross each thing off your list each day.
3) Work hard to get momentum, and when your in the midst of momentum work even harder!
4) Never Settle for anything less than you want!
5) Exercise! Working out stimulates clear thought and puts you in a great state of mind to take action in other areas of your life.

it's not how fast you get there that matters, all that matters is that yo do! Do the little things each day and take action and next thing you know you will have conquered the fear!

Good post I like it and good luck with your new aims, for me I am new to IM my first aim is to hit the $100 a day mark by the end of this year I know its not life changing but this is my first aim after that I will aim for $200 a day and so on....

Congrats. It's always great to hear when someone else is doing well. You kept at it although things were tough in the beginning. Remember what got you where you are, keep doing it, and discover ways to improve upon what you are already doing.

  Kevin, this post is greatly motivating to me. I've been in IM for almost two years as well and it's been very difficult for me. I've made a few dollars here and there but nothing consistent. I gave up a few months go because I hit hard times and nothing was working out for me, constant failures. Recently, I told myself that I should keep going, working hard every day. I know one day it will pay off for sure! This is definitely motivating. Congrats on making 5k a month! That's amazing!

$5000 a month is probably more than 95% of the people on WF.

If you can, you should productize your plan and sell it here as a WSO.

Everything starts with a goal. Why settle for a small one when all a BHAG(Big hairy audacious Goal) will do. Please lookup also the hedgehog concept(BHAG and Hedgehog are concepts advanced by Jim collins) and GOSPA(Goals, Objectives, Strategy, Plan, Action)- by Brian Tracy.

Very helpful post. I like what you said in number 3. Many of us when we get a taste of success we tend to be complacent, which is very wrong. However, this is something we all need to learn. Many will not admit it, and that is because they are not aware.

And exercise! Yes, very important to take care of your body, even if you are healthy. With exercise you can maintain good health. It could be difficult nowadays because of work, schedules and all, especially if you work at home, online. Not really difficult if you discipline yourself.
