Is Natural Talent Required To Be Successful Online?

Hi Guys

Just read quite an interesting article. Do you have to be well educated to be successful or does it really just come down to hard work?

Is Natural Talent Required To Be Successful Online?

I think it comes down to hard work mainly, you have to keep pushing at it. However you can't be doing the same as everyone else, your idea, product or website has to be different from others.

What do you think?

Thanks for the share, I don't think that natural talent plays a huge role at all. Hard work and persistence is all you need. Hard sickening worth ethic.

    Its all about hard work.
Imagine a world of billions, you have to keep on pushing.

Take the choice of Alexa ranking.
The week you go to sleep, you ranking also drops.

I donĀ“t think the natural talent (whatever it includes) is required, but it can surely help.

Success/moneymaking (online/offline) is a skill that can be modelled and learned, like any other skill. Those who naturally posses certain qualities (say, persuasion skills for example) that helps with this particular skill learns faster, as well as those who are "fast learners" naturally (learning to learn faster is a skill that can be learned too tho)

Most people say work hard...some successful people say work smart....I would say you have to work both hard and smart in order to be successful online. But working hard does not have to mean like working 12h/day 7days/week your nose glued to the screen, feelings stressed and worried about things...working "hard" can be fun too.

This has good timing -- About a week ago I met this guy that desired to be a full time writer --- like myself. He works a full time job and is working on a tv script with a partner but wanted to get into Kindle publishing . We agreed to work on a novel together.. I put aside time to talk on the phone and to write dispite having a busy schedule...Super annoying to me since the looser flaked on the project because of a new girlfriend.

Anyways I completely agree that talent has is an important element but this guy showed me that without determination and the ability to work hard you aren't gonna get anywhere any time soon. Even with such great writing skills -- he won't get far if he doesn't even put in the time and effort into the opportunities that come his way.

Without hard work -- you can't even use those " natural talents"... which is so sad because so many people can do this selling and marketing so naturally ...

this article is good, thank. i agree with branbridge80. you just have to work hard and when you make mistakes you must learn from them simply to not make them again. if you want it really bad and also willing to help other people to achieve their goals to, then finally you will get what you want.
    good luck

I don't think Natural Talent is a major factor in your success online. Although it does help.. In the online world, there's plenty of information available and it can all be learned. It's all about your ambition to succeed though.

I honestly do not think there is such a thing as natural talent. I know that I have worked very hard for everything in my life, and saying that any of it is because of natural talent kind of downplays all the effort I had to put in.

I am sure I am not the only one here.

True. I think that talent grows from the skills that he has learnt before and once he finds out that he's particularly good at something, interest comes along. With the combination of the two, anyone can become "talented" at something.

I believe education is important but not everything. Self education is the one that is needed to succeed online.

I believe that it is all about education and perseverance. I also think that a little bit of passion will do the things better. In the on line success, things are pretty much the same as in the real life. If you educate your self, if you are organized and you focus on what you want to achieve, then you will succeed.

Er... getting back to natural will certainly be a big factor in online success... It's when the creativity and energy levels soar. Well hope that wasn't too cryptic.

    If you want it.

    If you work towards it.

And if you know you will make it.

Chances are it won't be that long before you go beyond your dreams

I think if you're smart and talented you work less hard but may have better results.

hard workers are determined to be successful but will usually spend twice the time doing it.

I believe in hard work. Of course if you already have natural talent, that would be a plus. But if you don't, talent can be acquired.

    Hi all!

In my opinion I think thepeople who have natural talent have some more facilities. But...if you work hard....the same goal can be reached.
