You can do all that when the dice is not landing on your side, but the most important is patience and persevering.

I thought the most important one was:

    "Learn from your mistakes."
    I mean, that's the whole point isn't it? =P

    Great lessons all of them.

So long as you have that 'get back on the horse' attitude that you view them through...

as long as you keep going you will get there.

I like Pursue your Passion. It can really be powerful and get people to connect with you when you have the same passions as the they do. You can build a unique brand with passion.

What failure means to me is that I was looking at the map incorrectly, or I had the wrong one! Reading through your list sounds like your punishing yourself! I say that in the kindest of ways of course, it may speak to you well, but I'm a Special Operations soldier and if I second guessed my decisions on that list every time I failed I'd be in mental institute. Again, it may speak to you very well, just isn't for me! =)

You forgot the most important part of failure, Feedback. Because that's all failure is really. It's feedback as to what's not working, or what didn't work. Once you understand this and take your emotions out of it, you can then look at failure as feedback and learn to adjust, so that you get different feedback, which leads to success.

Yes, Feedback is key to success. If no lesson learnt from failure, one is bound to make another failure.

Nice post! We must always get something out of failure. When we fail we learn to not repeat our past mistakes, but rather grow from it get a better grasp of the bigger picture.

Well nothing can evade failures, i repeat them 5 - 10 or more times just to make sure. I really inspired with Thomas Alfa Edison who failed 10000 times until then he can finally bring light bulb to our room. Thanks ju113n you remind me of him. Cheers.

All my major success in life is as a result of the numerous failures I had.

when I see somebody talking of failure, I know is somebody who has never meet success in life.

Taking a right step at one point in life does not mean you are in the right direction.
