Meditation, Yoga, LOA, The Secret, EFT, Hypnosis, ect....

I use a combination of systems. Meditation, Yoga, EFT and IST.

I start my day with 20 minutes of meditation right after I wakeup. Time permitting I repeat it in the evening.

Do Yoga twice a week.

Do EFT & IST as and when needed.
