Just out of interest...

On the full moon, where do you go?

On the full moon do you have a special location where you just like to sit and watch the landscape by the light of the moon?

And during this time relaxing, chilling out in complete peace and quiet, what does this space do for you?

If you could share a photo of the place you have in mind, even better. Obviously it doesn't need to be a picture you took by the light of the full moon, a daylight photograph would be fine.

One of my favorite little spots is to take my boat out on the Helford River up to Frenchman's Creek just opposite where I was born on the opposite bank at The Magical Gardens of Trebah - The Garden of Dreams.

This is the Frenchman's Creek of Daphne du Maurier fame. A truly magical spot on the full moon. Sitting there in my boat with a bottle of red wine, fishing rod over the side, listening to beautiful classical music, smoking a spliff, quite often when I go here very late at night, I think I'm in heaven.

That's a very nice place. I imagine how much more beautiful it is when the moon is full. I wish there's a place like that near where I live.

Anyway, sometimes I'm not aware that the moon is full. Those are the nights that I'm just indoors and busy doing stuff. But when I do notice that the moon is full, I take some time to look at it and think. The full moon also kinda gets me into the romantic mood.

I live in the Rocky Mountains. In winter, if there's snow on the ground, I will go for a full-moon night hike. Absolutely magical. It's nearly as bright as daylight but in 'black and white'. As a photographer, I love that! I also do an evening meditation when the moon is full. I'm not sure why, but I go really deep into it on those evenings.

Rocky Mountains eh? Ahhh I bet that's bloody gorgeous. Some years ago I spent a few nights up in The Rockies. Salida to be exact in Colorado. Bloody gorgeous! Impressed me very much.

I can only imagine what it must be like there if you know the area very well and decide to go out for a full moon hike. I bet it's absolutely spectacular! I'm quite jealous.

So you're into your photography Jarmila? Touche. I'm also a keen photographer, aerial photography used to be my specialization.

A week ago I did in fact buy another old vintage camera for a forage into black and white photography, the Olympus Trip 35 one of David Bailey's favorite cameras.

Do you have a website please where I could view some of your photos?

      Warmest regards,

nice spot and location you have there. During full moon my favorite place is in a seashore, just loved that big guy shining so brightly with that sparkling reflection in the sea.

In India, people honor their teachers (or gurus) during a full moon. I think it's nice to think about how you made it to this point in your life and who helped you along the way...

My favorite full-moon place is a pond on a nearby farm. Rolling green hills, some cows, owls, and other things mulling around. Sitting near the barn with a nice fire going.

I don't know where I go. I just know I wake up with my clothes torn, bracken in my hair, dirt on my hands and the taste of blood in my mouth.

Gorgeous place. I have watched the full moon a few times and it is so pretty. I like being able to just sit and chill on our deck, as we have woods in the back yard. It is very relaxing and brings me back to nature and calms me down as well. I like to sit out there by myself with a drink and just chill.
