think of set backs as the universe giving you a challenge to step up to the plate

Find the silver lining, every set back gives you a chance to grow and become better at what your doing.

Frustrating I know but do you remember a time when you had a setback, then you found the answer and then next time you came across the problem you could solve it in 10 seconds?

Wage you need the Kobe, Abraham Lincoln attitude. The universe has no horse in the race. You have the same 24 hours and breathe the same air as anyone else who succeeds. The trick is to focus on the hand you are dealt and ask your self questions. Write it down, think about what is going on, and, write a solution. You're the only one who can patch the leaky faucet. Then move forward don't dwell on the failures. It can't rain forever, the sun has to shine eventually.

It is kinda like people who says, "why cant I be a trust fund baby". Well worrying about that isn't going to earn you money not matter what.

I think about Tom Managhan who took 18 years to succeed(Domino's Pizza). His adversities were numerous.

Lee Dunham spent 10 years with no going out, or, nothing. He just worked fulltime, went to business school at night, and, worked on weekends with a second job. He plotted for 15 years studying, and, saving just to open a restaurant as that was his dream. He was turned down, and, he had to settle for getting a McDonald's franchise in Harlem with his life savings, and, to boot he had to borrow 3x more just to get the franchise. He opened the first one in Harlem ghetto(he was McDonalds guinea pig). He created McDonald's community activism model by supporting local boys and girls clubs. Also, giving young endangered youth jobs. etc. Now he owns 9+ restaurants because he kept his eyes on the prize.

Sorry for the long post.

Set backs come and go for me. Yes sometimes it is hard to deal with but they only make you stronger and make you learn from your mistakes or whatever. But I have found that when things go bad if I stay on top of it, it usually takes a turn for the good soon after. Keep your head up and things will get back on track.

Pursue success relentlessly. Do not let a set back stop you, ever. If it stops you once, then you are likely done, and the chances of ever having success are extremely low. If you are relentless in pursuing success, then at least you have a chance at success.

Well set backs is part of our lives. We need to thank those set backs because we can learn from those. Without those set backs I don't think that we can think more better than the past.

I share the same sentiments. Whenever it came close, I would lose it.

But I learned about the lessons behind it. Gradually, I gained lots of experience from them. Now people are paying me for these experiences. Not bad though.

Think of it as constructing a building. These setbacks are the foundation of something bigger. The stronger your foundation, the taller your building.

Setbacks will always happen, the key is to deal with them and don't give up.

In the long run, you will have fewer and fewer setbacks

The fact that you are thinking of setbacks, is the very reason you are having bad karma. It's how you see it, how you perceive things, what you think and what you speak. All this will bring forth the future events. What you are now, is the product of what you were doing and thinking a few years back. Would you not agree?

In general, it's there, it's part of life. You can belittle yourself about your bad lucks or you can ignore them and focus on the positive possibilities of your life.

You mind is very powerful. Whatever you think with emotion you will attract them to you most particularly what you deeply believe and with feelings.

The fun thing when you set goals, there are already objectives waiting and blocking you to get there.

Remember, what ever you RESIST, it will PERSIST. If you desperately wanting to make money, you putting your emotion into desperation, and you will get more lack in return.

Use your mind, imagine that you already achieved your goals, what it would feels like when you have already achieved your goals.....that is the feeling you should focusing and doors and opportunity will be drawn upon you. Just remember this what ever you RESIST, it will PERSIST.

Set backs are a vital component of life. For instance, how can children learn to walk until and unless they fall? Failure, setbacks, barriers should be taken as a challenge as without them there is no success.

With every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage.
