Best Personal Development Book?

Here is the question. What do you think is the best personal development book out there? For me, I really enjoyed Goals by Brian Tracey. It cuts straight to the chase and is a pretty easy read. I finished it in about 3 hours and the exercises you do in the book really give you a detailed roadmap.

How about you guys? What are your favorites?

The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz, PhD.

If you haven't read it, it should definitely be first on your list.

I have to also recommend The Magic of Thinking Big. This is one of the first books that I recommend to anyone interested in personal development/success. Reading this book for 15-30min each morning will give you a fantastic start for the day.

The best personal development book I have read is called, "Boundaries: When to Say YES and When to Say NO, To Take Control of Your Life," by Henry Cloud, John Townsend

It is so straightforward and supportive, and I think boundaries are the starting point for any other type of personal development.
