I remember that. He built an insurance agency (then company, I think) to one that sold more insurance than The Prudential Company (for a short time).

      A. L. Williams took selling life insurance to Network Marketing, and made history.

Of course he was hated by the industry, as were his army of agents.

He ended every letter with "Go! Go! Go!" instead of "Yours truly".

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

Oh man ... epic is the word!

I'm Swedish, but I think the US is the greatest country in the world and I have always felt that way and this mentality is spot on American, at least in my view.

Super Duper .. Just Do it :-)

    Bookmarked!

I had the pleasure of meeting Art at an event for Network Marketing in Atlanta. He has an excellent personality and I can see just from speaking with him why he was so successful in the Network Marketing industry.

I tried AL Williams back in 1989. I listened to this speech at least 100 times. I saw him speak live at the old Kiel Auditorium in St Louis that year. It was almost like a religious experience for us. One the all-time great winners in business.

There is a tide in the affairs of men which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune; Omitted — all the voyage of their life Is bound in shallows and in miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat, And we must take the current when it serves, Or lose our ventures. - Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare

Strange....I actually felt like I was watching an "Antique Auction".

To me he's just stating "the obvious quotes" and I found him very annoying!

No inspiration on behalf at all, sorry.

Although I have found the actor "Will Smith" brief inspiration videos and interviews that appear to have much more appeal than others.....worth a look guy's
