Hire a Dominatrix and Be More Productive In Your Business?

*
What one business owner did to almost triple his productivity
*How to avoid the bruises and still come out ahead in your business

Thought we could take a trip around the world today. Wanted to speak to you now about something one business owner did that rapidly improved his productivity on a daily basis.

What did this one business owner do that transformed his productivity rate from 33% all the way up to 98%?

Simple...

He hired a dominatrix.

He simply looked on craigslist and found a dominatrix that was charging $8 per hour.

Now he didn't want to hire her for non-work related activities. He wanted her for his business.

He hired her to simply sit next to him during the day and whenever he wasn't be productive, the dominatrix would slap or whip him.

Now before you pick up the phone and hire your own dominatrix to keep in line in your business, let men explain why this really worked and what you can do about it.

The simple reason this worked was accountability.

He had someone there to make sure he was on track. Someone to keep him focused and his eye on the prize.

What's one way to do this besides using the whips and chains. Well, one way is to simply make a public statement to someone you know will give you a hard time if you don't follow through.

It could be a friend, co-worker, family member or anyone who will hold you to your word.

Another way is to tell people online and or off. If you start telling people about your goal and plans, you're more likely to put more effort into what you're trying to do.

Make sure you tell someone that won't let you forget about it. Someone that will continue to bug you about what you told him.

This may be the extra nudge and accountability needed to take you from somewhat productive to a profitable machine.

That's hilarious and it seems like it might work. It is also a way to have someone to socialize with and that itself can boost productivity in certain situations. Do you really think that any dominatrix might work for eight dollars per hour though? I don't know about that. Lololololol.

You do have a choice...go for the bruises or do what I suggested. I'm not really down for the whips so I think I'll follow my own advice-lol

Funny. Good creative idea. A femme fatal version of a drill sergeant. I think I could use a dominatrix for quite a few goals, in the gym and other things. Though I might look strange walking around in public with her whipping me.

I find the best accountability is working with JV partners and announcing launch dates of things to the public and affiliates who are all counting on it. Can't let people down, and they can't move forward with their ends of the parts they're working on until they get some piece they need from you so you have to set everything else aside and get it done as quickly as possible so you can pass it off to them.

Really anything where you're working collaboratively with others, even people you hired, so people are always waiting on you for your ends. Tight daily deadlines are best. Can't drop the ball when it's a team sport...

What a nice job...sitting all day with a whip in hand and getting paid for it.

Thanks, man. Dont think i'd hire one myself, but this is giving me some ideas to hold myself accountable for my (lack of) actions.

Absolutely. The whole idea is accountability and sticking to it. Whether it's telling friends, family. Telling the annoying neighbor. Anyone you know that will give you a hard time if you don't do what you said. Or...

Like said, you can book hotel rooms ahead of time if holding seminars so you have to get it done. Order an ad and know you have till x to get it done. Basically...

Make yourself do 'it" by a certain time and stick to it. Don't just say something-go out and do it and letting people know about it makes it harder for you to slow down or back off.

It could be the extra boost needed without using all the whips and chains.

This is really interesting. I read somewhere that if you slap yourself every time you feel like procrastinating, eventually the behavior would go away. That's why rewarding yourself after you've had a productive day works too. It's the pleasure-pain principle Tony Robbins talks about.

A good trick for productivity is also chunking.

You take the big project. break it into smaller steps. This way not only do you always feel like you're making progress, you are also still working on your goal without stressing that it's too big or too much to handle.

Another great tip and I know a lot of people will disagree with me here but...

Try it for yourself and then let me know.

Simply...work on your task or project only about 30 minutes at a time and then go take a break for 10-15 minutes and then repeat and then go take a break and so on.

Now a lot of you will think...you're wasting 10-15 minutes everytime you take a break, but you'll quickly discover you get so much more focused work done.

I do this all the time when I'm writing copy or creating marketing for clients as well and I notice a huge improvement in not only motivation, but also quality.

If you're just working-working-working on something, eventually the focus drops and then you just start throwing things together to get it done. You want speed, but you also want top shelf quality with anything you do if trying to achieve success.

Oh great....now I gotta add dominatrix to my list of business possibilities.

No over head, no special skills really....gettin paid to keep some guy on track has its possibilities. Im already doin it for free anyway.

Seriously though...the idea and concept are great but I might go with a coach or mentor instead.

For that matter I know a few people (yeah you mom) that would gladly ride my butt for FREE! AND IT WOULD WORK TOO!!! (even at my age)

Seriously though (yes again)...I think that the being accountable thing could really work for me and my own "shiny object syndrome" epidemic.

            THANKS yall!!

            Terri
