This whole 95 percent thing is starting to get to me. But is it really as bad as we think it is?
The pace of the new world has taken its toll. Humanity ( western anyway ) can't seem to gear things down enough to see the core values in the opportunities that lay amongst us on the internet.
You will find that the "top 5%" of people that make it at this, are not NASA engineers, mad scientists, angels or born with tiger blood. The fact of the matter is, the "top 5%" are normal people, just like the rest of us. Only difference being, they committed to their end goal(s) not taking defeat - Standing the test of time or however you want to put it!
What I'm trying to get at here is, just because you don't drive a Ferrari or own a mansion, doesn't mean you should label yourself as a 95 percent'er!
Take ANY of your current successes, no matter how large or how small, and make that as your base for moving forward on.
It could be as small as buying your first domain to figuring out the best exit pop strategy for maximum conversions. The success spectrum is not set in stone and should not be limited.
Look at it this way - The 95 percent'ers are not failures, they are quitters. In others words, becoming a 5 percent'er is inevitable, you just need to stick it out and enjoy your ride to the top!
Best of luck everyone,
