Sorry about a silly question: How come you are promoting security services in UK and you don't speak english?

There are tons of free resources on learning English online: https://www.google.com/search?q=learn+english+online

One of the best ways to learn any language is to immerse yourself in it. If you can't or don't live in a country where English is the native language, then listen to webinars and recordings in English and repeat what you hear.

If you have access to movies in which English is spoken, use close caption to read along when watching the movie. Listen to songs that are in English and sing along.

If you google 'how to learn English for free' you will find some resources you could check out.

      Good luck!

There are a number of language exchange sites around. This is one - italki: Learn a language online

They are free to join and you swap lessons with people wanting to learn your native language.

I used to teach English, and by far the best way to learn is what was suggested above...ie, immersing yourself in the language.

If you can't go where English is predominantly spoken, then try and make friends or start a relationship with someone who does not speak your language, but who is interested in getting to know you (relationships are great for that!)...Maybe you can teach this person your language, and in turn they will teach you English?

If not, then I suggest reading in English and watching movies in English with the subtitles in your language (you will learn a lot by reading the subtitles and listening at the same time). You must surround yourself with English so that eventually you quit translating in your head and actually start to think in English without any effort. Why not frequent places where English-speaking people hang out? More likely than not, they will also be interested in what you have to offer, be it culture, language, etc....

        Hope that helps! Marjorie

Spend at least one hour everyday listening to news or discussion programs
TV is the best and most inexpensive teacher to learn real English
    Make friends with native-English speakers.
Getting used to using English all the time will make it easier to listen and react with it.
Don't be shy, practice every time you can with anyone. Don't be worried about not saying the right words. The only way to get better is to practice!

Listening is the key to speaking excellent English. The most important thing is that the material you are listening must be easy. You should understand 95% or more without stopping, without a dictionary.

Listen every chance you have. Get an MP3 player and listen to English all the time. Listen in the morning when you get up, listen when you go to work, or when you're at home, listen when you're at lunch, listen when you're coming home from work, listen in the evening.

It's that easy. but it's so powerful

To learn English, keep practicing. I hear that immersion is the best way to learn a language well. That is, go somewhere where everyone there speaks English so you are forced to learn it well. If that is not possible to be immersed, through dedicated practice you can still become proficient.

Hi I am learning French in a French speaking country - and the more I go out into it and speak - even just asking for bread, the better and more confident I get.

One less well known tip is to SHOUT the words you are learning. I do not know why this works - but apparently it really does enable the words to become part of you. I've not found a private enough place to try this - maybe you can do better?
