Looking for Short Code SMS service?

I am looking for a Short Code SMS service for my web business which is to be released soon.

Basically this is what I want it for:

1) A user wants to buy credits on the site but don't own a PayPal account
2) They find the SMS service and they text a code to a 5 digit number
3) The price of the credits is taken out of their phone credit
4) There account will be updated with the credits that they just purchased

What is a good, cheap and reliable UK provider?

Are you looking to setup your own service? If then you need to purchase an SMS code which will cost you at least $12,000 USD a year. If you are looking for a service that is already setup then the best cost per bulk texting is mobilemarketingwiz.com-website

you might want to check them out too.
Not affiliated, just came across their site while searching for UK providers.
