Does your dog snore?

I have noticed faint snoring from time to time with mine but it's the animated dreams accompanied by barks and growls as they fight imaginary animals that freaks me out occasionally at night.

My dog Gracie "huffs" in her sleep sometimes but our black Lab, Rocky is a snore machine. Friday night he was sound asleep in the "dog pile" on the floor and all of a sudden raised his head up HOWLED, the howled again. We thought something was wrong - but he was asleep! Rocky is also the resident fart machine. Gracie and Sandy are too ladylike to do that

Man blame farts on the dog. Girl dogs blame farting on the sleeping male dog.

Isn't snoring related to health? Dog being too fat or health issues? Well, that was what the vet told me.

I never knew about the farting part. I guess I could have been getting away with a lot more than I have been with the proper knowledge and blame ready. And they say the WF is on the downswing. Learn something new every day!

Munchie used to snore something furious. As big as he was it was like listening to a man snore - and sometimes worse. And he was flatulent, too. He loved to fall asleep right next to me and between the snoring and farting I was always having to get up and go into another room or outside.

Some dogs are complete....animals.

You have obviously never lived with a dog you love. Sleeping doesn't mean bed with a dog, ya know. If I was on the computer and the dog was inside - they always lay down beside me, and often would snooze. Or in front of the TV - they're on the couch.

A dog is easy to get out of bed. You toss some blankets over them and cuddle and they get too hot and want to leave before too long. No need to hurt its feelings to make it want to go elsewhere fairly quickly. Not so easy with a guy.

You could try my method.

Afterwards, I would leave little hints like "I already paid you. Time to leave".

I've heard talk of a new kind of lovemaking, where money doesn't change hands. But I'm pretty old school.

  None of my dogs have ever snored, but flatulence? That's another thing entirely.
  
  I'll never forget the first time my puppy Snoopy tooted. He was brand new, just a wee lil thing and was snoozing on the living room floor in front of the TV.
  
  He tooted, woke right up, looked at his behind, then up at me, my brother, and mom and dad with this look on his face like...Hey! What did you do to my butt?

My cat used to snore until he passed away last October. Just minor snoring not obnoxiously loud. Despite the snoring in my opinion Peewee was the best cat ever.

If you do not believe me simply Google or Youtube search for "Peewee best cat ever"

My 19.5 y/o cat snores sometimes. At her very elderly age, though, she gets a pass!
