        You'd need some bacon and mushrooms in that carbonara and large noodles.

        Spaghetti, plain with chicken, garlic, olive oil and spices or with tomato sauce? I never put any spinach in spaghetti, it's usually always tomatoes, onion, garlic, mushrooms, ground beef (sometimes add some sausage) and spices. I don't buy the ready to heat canned sauces because of the high salt content--I want to enjoy the taste of the food.

        Second thought...got any red wine left over from your birthday? That would go good with the spaghetti.

      Um, not a choice for me. Is this one of your "yokes"? What happened to the yokes, did you eat those earlier? I know people that just eat the egg whites, but they are so darn bland.

        I don't eat many yolkes. Maybe 2 or 3 at most.
        Just whites. I put salt and pepper and other stuff- makes it taste good. Plus the bread helps.
