Hidden Camera In My Room
Anyway, so I still have a regular full time work job.
For the past 3 months, every time I come back home after my job, I notice things in my room look as though they've been rifled through, moved around.... things in my room basically look as though someone has been going through them... I have nothing of real value in my room, but the creepy thought that someone might be going through my stuff really started to piss me off. I mean, just on principle the idea someone was going through my stuff annoyed me... creeped me out, too, but I was more annoyed than creeped out.
So, naturally because I live with a roommate, I asked him if he has been going through my stuff. He said (rather unconvincingly) he has never been in my room and has never looked through my stuff. And yet I can clearly see things in my room (like my computer, my lamp, pens, my hair comb one time) have been touched, moved around, etc etc... I even found one of the drawers in my dresser drawer ajar one time and I knew it had not been ajar when I left for work that morning.
VERDICT: I think my roommate, for whatever creepy reason, enjoys going through my stuff and I have no idea what else he might be doing to my stuff when I am not there. The extremely annoying thing is that even after I confronted him and asked him if he was going through my stuff, I still find things in my room moved around, looked through, etc even til this very day..... I don't know if it's an addiction, a perversion, or whatever, but my roommate is clearly the one who is entering my room and looking through my stuff.
I was going to put a lock on the door....... but the more I thought about it..... the more it irritated me that if I did put a lock on my door, I mean... yeah, that'll stop him from being able to enter my room and look through my stuff from now on.... but then that would mean he would've gotten away with it on all those other occasions..... and the more I got to thinking about it, the more I wanted to catch this guy in the act and present him (or at least the police) with concrete evidence showing him going through my stuff.
So I came up with an idea.... PUT A HIDDEN CAMERA IN MY ROOM ... RECORD THIS DUMMY ENTERING MY ROOM AND LOOKING THROUGH MY STUFF .... AND THEN GIVE THIS VIDEO TO THE POLICE OR SOMETHING...
I work long hours..... 10, sometimes 12 hours a day... so I would need some sort of hidden camera that could record for that long. Ideally something with more or less good picture quality and, if it's possible, good sound quality, too.
I am not rich over here, so I wasn't planning to spend thousands of dollars, I was looking to spend a reasonable amount for something that is simple and can get the job done.
If anyone can recommend any product(s) that can get the job done, I'd be grateful.
Thanks.
