I would like to promote a program that I am in, and of course I would like to get try to get referrals who doesn't right?

Can I do that here on WF and if so what thread or section?

There are so many that I do not know where to start.

    How do you have a "join date" of 2010???? Did you purchase your Warrior Forum account recently?

    Go into the various sections and read the "stickies" at the to of each sections. Those are the rules for that section.

    You can get referrals in Wanted - Members Looking To Hire You. That's where most who want referrals place it. There's a small fee for listing there. You can't do it in the discussion threads. You can do it in Classifieds, but I wouldn't.
