Salesforce.com CRM - What's To Improve

Hi Everyone,

I'm new on this pages and this is my first post.

My company is actually thinking about implementing a CRM solution and Salesforce.com seems to be the one we've choosen for.

But, all over the website i only read "good things" about salesforce.com

So, here's my question.

WHAT'S TO IMPROVE WITH SALESFORCE.COM ? WHAT'S MISSING ?

    Salesforce doesnt have a user friendly interface. Yea it does give you most of the tools for a standard CRM and I emphasize on standard, but it wont give you the satisfaction of bringing in a crm solution that provides ease and comfort of use. Make sure to check the terms of agreement when you read through the tool development contract as each "addition or modification" may incurr additional costs especially if a request exceeds the programmer hour allotment that comes with your standard CRM package.
