OFF TOPIC

Or is it just me that is haunted, lol!

There's a number 1 after my "Your Notifications" link and when I hover my mouse over it, it says that I have 1 unread private message.

But I don't have an unread private message.

Wait!!

Did you all get special secret pm decoder rings during my absence?

Hey Terra,

I've never even heard of that happening. Very strange. Has it only happened once? Have you reported it yet?

Please let us know how it turns out.

Joe

Joe

This is the third day that it's been there.

No, I didn't report it because I honestly didn't think it was very serious. I was just wondering if it was a forum wide glitch or if I was just special, hahaha!

It happened to me when I received a private message and opened my message box, but not the message, as I didn't care to read it. I just deleted it so the notification stayed.

That must be it!

I had 6 messages and read and answered 5 of them. The 6th was asking me if I wanted to buy something in the title. I didn't want to so I deleted it without opening it.

How long did the notification stay there?

Terra

Did you do any of the following during the last year:

1-a)Bought property on an ancient indian burial site
b)Built a golf course on an ancient indian burial site
2-Said "bloody mary" three times in front of a mirror
3-Voted for Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary

That would explain a lot of it (Old mary is not what she used to be)

(it's a joke, don't get angry at me)

Thanks

I swear, this really happened.

Yes, Claude Whitacre backwards.

I don't mean Claude is backwards, literally. I just . . oh, err, well you know what I mean. Or do you? Or do I?

Unless you're thinking of that shirtless, fitness freak with the big machete who used to spook this place. Say it isn't so.

If I spin counter clockwise, I go back in time. It's true.

Wait, I already said that tomorrow.

On topic, I also have had a phantom notification. It happens when I delete a spam PM without reading it. After hanging around for a few days, it goes away.
