Customer support at paypal must be TERRIBLE!
Every time I go to the paypal website, I see this webcam of some lady at her kitchen counter, having coffee, waiting on hold for paypal customer support.
And, every time, she seems totally at ease and patient -- but man, as far as I can tell, she's been on hold like that for like, SEVERAL MONTHS!
