here is a great little hack that really works
For those of you who have an Iphones 5-6 , there is a great app that would have been included on the phone at the last update.
If you look for the Health app ( one with a little red heart ) open that and at the bottom right you will see Medical ID.
What is good about this is you can set up all the information
i.e.emergency contact numbers and blood type , so even if the phone is locked medical people can access the info in case of emergency
