Anyone else experiencing a slower than usual loading time for threads here on the forum?

It is very discouraging.

Same here, very, very slow loading.

Looks like the addthis.com script loading might be the problem.

Yes - the addthis.com thing is what brings everything to a halt.

Maybe some of us are the testers. I'd blame internet connection but everything else on the web loads as normal.

  • I have the opposite problem.

Everythin' is whizzin' by while I look on helplessly like a slug tryin' to untangle its wibblies.

I believe this is called a hangover.

Nothing worse than a slug with tangled wibblies.

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

Just saw this thread Jill! UGH! What a pain! I have to click, back click, do a dance holding one leg up, sing the secret WF song and then, maybe, I see a thread!

Nothing else I visit does this. I'm getting all dizzy watching the little circle spin and spin!

I can't even waste time efficiently anymore!

Man! I just had to click the back button to be able to reply to you! WTNLIC!?
(What the nice language it's Christmas!?)

I'll go ahead and say "Jill, I hope your New Year's is amazing!"
I'm hoping you get this by February!

Admittedly I'm having a few issues (today) with my internet. Snow everywhere, all the live long day! We have gotten over a foot in the last few days, and the drifts! LOL.. Lost a dog in one today! Thought I was going to have to go in after her! They're like 3 1/2 foot deep!

I attempted to open the outside windows on the barn today.. walk on ice, fine, then SINK! Snow up to my secret stuff! ... okay, not really, but gosh, it was close!

Well by then is "Happy Birthday" to me time.

I am not missing the snow! Honestly if I had to deal with snow on top of every other issue here at the time I'd be tossing my hands in the air.

Been thinking about where I want to live. I love the northeast but not for all the winter. Love the temps down here in Fla, but not sure I want to be here year round either.

May have to work out some kind of snow bird cycle.
