Predictions for 2016 here

I thought I would start a thread about what you think might be some predictions for 2016.

I'll start with a few that I think will happen some are almost sure thing:

1. Price of oil will go up by the end of 2016
2. Federal Reserve will do another Quantitative Easing (maybe under another name)
3. Another war somewhere (Middle East, Africa or Fear East or on the Russian Border)
4. More regulations in most countries will be past into law
5. Cash will be banned in at least one country
6. Microsoft phone will increase it's market share against apple and android!

That's a few from me to get the thread started. Feel free to predict something.

      • Well l predict that ISIS will lay off new years eve, (which they so far have).

      • And that another terrorist event will occur in a few months time, but not in Au, thankfully.

      • And at least one more NASA announcement will occur this year, concerning the red planet, well reddish, blue (l will keep my told you so speech on standby).

      • I also predict that some of the more, blinders on, members here will be in for a few more shocks this year, (hopefully they will read everything before going off at the mouth}?


      I don't predict the UFO in central park, but l can only hope!

    I disagree with #6, but 2-5 are pretty much a GIVEN! #2 may be in secret though. The BIGGEST "secret:" is that they have been doing it for DECADES, and that is what the G7, G*, G20 or whatever they are calling it today was created for. My prediction of like 30 years ago STANDS! The GX will eventually be effectively the G1.

    #1 will likely happen within 2 years. There is probably a 50/50 chance of flirting with $5 again. It will be interesting.

        I feel within mid of 2016 even first Q , oil price will back up .

        Yes some of you will surely claim impossible but we never know from " outsider point of view "

        even those analysis just " Forecasting ".

        those people know when are " Big brothers behind " they are the one able to push up the price up or even down.

        I do hope oil price will be back to regular price.

        It does aid every countries markets.

    Someone who has never held the office of President of the United States will be elccted as POTUS.

    The League Of Psychic Super Heroes will continue to save the world unnoticed by the general public.

    Claude will continue to be the butt of everyone's jokes in the OT Forum.

    NASA will make an announcement which Shane will "prove" is wrong, or that he "knew" it all along

    The new seasons of Better Call Saul, Fargo, The Walking Dead and Game Of Thrones will kick ass.

      We can only hope, but l doubt it, the best l predict this year, apart from finding a few more earth like planets, is Curiosity finding something green on a rock!

      Knowing NASA it will be half a km away, and Curiosity because of some technical hitch, won't be able to go and take a closer look?
