I dunno what it was about this just now, but it had me cracking up.

....... I dunno where to begin lol. How 'bout I just don't use Forbes? There's nothing "ad-light" about their site.

They're one of the main reasons I keep it installed. I run a decent machine, and they've locked my browser up on multiple occasions.

The fact they asked me to disable it so they could try to lock it up again, I guess, is what I found so amusing.

Maybe it's just me lol. Yes, I'm still using AdBlock, and no, I won't disable it.

I don't know why Google never shut down Forbes for serving those doorway pages after clicking a ranked SERP listing. They've been showing that Continue to Site crap for years.

Now that Becker jumped on the bandwagon, I think Google shouldn't be far behind. That whole Source CCS (or whatever it is) that's abusing this tactic should be enough to get on G's radar. At least that's my thought.

Exactly. Especially when a quad core computer can't handle the amount of scripts they're calling before the content even gets loaded. Insane. They're so strong, though, they'll probably just get a slap on the wrist if the traffic gods ever decide to smile down on them.
