Remember ET and Atari?

Howard Scott Warshaw was a programmer who in 1982 was given the task of designing a video game for Steven Spielbergs then blockbuster, ET the Extra-Terrestrial. It had to be made in rapid time, and the following very interesting article describes how many viewed it as the worst video game in history and the effect it subsequently had on both Atari and Warshaw

    1) that, that game sucked
    2) nobody would trade any other games for it
    3) that's the cartridge we took apart to see how they were made
