Weight Loss and Gas
So I've been slowly decreasing my calorie intake on a weekly basis. This is actually the correct way to lose weight if anybody wants to know. You decrease your caloric intake by about 100 calories a day for a week. Check your weight and then either go down another 100 or stay at the same point for another week or two while your weight is still responding. Crazy people always suggest some insane 2,000 calorie diet. Since I work out daily, if I do that I will drop 3-4+ pounds a week, just kidding, it won't work because I'll end up at Mcdonalds having a bigmac eating contest.
But every time my weight starts to drop, I get this massive gas and bloating. There's a large volume of gas and it smells terrible. It's just ridiculous. You know it's bad when you find your own gas offensive. It smells like a sewer. From time to time, I'm worried I might poop myself. My face also feels hot and I'm really oily. I'm cranky and want to punch random objects. There's a box on the ground, I'm going to go punch it. One second. Ok, I punched it and it's screwed up now. I'll just use it for shipping, the USPS will do much worse.
I think I'm going to go take a nap now.
