Where do babies come from?

Lately the OT forum has been inundated with people asking questions that they could find the answers out for themselves.

I don't want to miss out on the fun, so I'm asking the question in the thread title in the hope that someone can shed some light on it for me.

    The two most popular theories on this are that they are either deposited by a Stork or found under a Gooseberry Bush. Both theories are seriously flawed.

    First, where does the Stork get them from, how would he know where to deposit them and could a Stork even fly with the weight of the baby underneath him, especially if it had been one of the Whitacre family.

    I tend to favour the Gooseberry Bush one, only because it's implied that they grow there. However, when you analyse this you see the flaws. ..Gooseberry Bushes are not everywhere, there's not enough of them out there and they are not evenly distributed throughout the planet

    Perhaps they are prolific in their reproduction and genetically enhanced, super strong Storks pick them up? I think I'm onto something here.

      Gotta tellya, guys -- all that stuff about storks is jus' a myth.

      Turns out gals got special holes next to their poopers where alla the babies come out.

      Weird thing is, I been checkin' mine evry mornin' since I was 12, an' I ain't seen no babies yet.

      I am srsly beginnin' to doubt I got any babies in there.

      Gonna try sleepin' tonight with my legs spread open jus' in case any babies crawl by an' wanna snuggle inside.

      An' I will prolly put out biscuits or sumthin', along with instructions not to make for my bottom, cos I figure they are young an' got no idea how this works.

          All of this "where do babies come from" talk reminded me of an incident with my son when he was in the first grade.

          He came home from school and asked me, "Where did I come from?"

          I had determined long ago not to tell tales concerning the matter, but to give as little information as possible until specifics were asked. So, I explained to my son...

          Mommies have a garden inside of them and daddies fertilize that garden, then the seed begins to grow into a baby.

          He gave me this look inferring I was crazy, and proceeded to say, "I don't know what you are talking about but we had a new kid in our class today and he said he came from Kentucky. Where did I come from?"


          Hahahahahha! The answer is Michigan, Terra, Michigan!
