Barter forum?

What forum if any would be the appropriate place to barter services here? Like programming for writing, page submission for transcription work etc.?

Hey Rob,

None that I know of are set up to be a barter forum. But, you can put it in your sig file, or possibly run a WSO or classified ad asking for a trade. These are the only ways I know how to do something like that.

I know many of us that's been on here for a while using contact people directly that have the skills we need, then barter with them that way. I'm not sure how often that still goes on behind the sceens, but it used to a lot. I still do on occassions if that tells you anything.

Rob, that sounds like a great idea. I'd be willing to barter on the WF. I'd have to imagine it would hurt a few of the pockets in the Warrior For Hire section though.

It may actually give them more exposure. Not everyone has something to barter.
