can someone help me,I want to put a foto up of my (lemonspread) head on here but can't work it out...and yes I am a Newbie.any help would be great,thanks...

    Click on user CP then edit options.
    In the left menu you should see edit Avatar.
    You can figure it out from there

    I see you got your photo up okay.........holy cow, that's what you do for fun, eh? Looks like an adreline blast. Too wet for my taste - if you could dry those waves out a bit I wouldn't mind trying that out.
