how to be have a restful sleep?
can you suggest any thing that i can do?

    If you're having problems sleeping what it helps the must is change your sheets change your pillow and just before going to sleep drink a warm glass of milk... if you don't like milk try a warm soup and then hup into bed.

    Make sure you're not eating too much at night, or eating fruits or something too energetic.

    A six pack and 2 tylenol pms do the trick.

    Seriously though, visualization and proper breathing works for me.

    i watch tv. as my eyes start closing, i just switch off the tv and sleep easily,
    if i can,t sleep by watching tv, i read a boring book, then i easily sleep ..remember boring book would get you sleep, if the book is interesting. chances are that you can,t sleep.

    by the way computer geeks have common problem ..of restlessness.
