I need a miracle...

I am in desperate need of someones help getting my website more visible to the world. I have started a charity website trying to deal with the problem of stray dogs and cats in Costa Rica. The problems here are astronomical with an estimated 1 million stray dogs on the streets. I have little to no money as most anything I have goes to fight this ongoing battle. At times I feel like I am losing my F#&king mind over this.

The problem is that few seem to care (surprise, surprise). My website is a bit different in that it doesn't ask for donations but provides a valuable service. This service is free to the client who might choose to use it, in many cases they actually save money, but it forces local area businesses to give money to this ongoing problem occuring their own backyards.

I am looking for a person or persons who give a damn to help with SEO, Backlinks, whatever will get me in those coveted top ten slots. I am trying to do the work myself but am no expert by any stretch of the imagination.

Although I have no money to offer at this time, if the website starts to produce I will, as these services fall under operating expenses.

I am looking for long term or short term help with this, if I am barking up the wrong tree, I apologize.
