        Beyond that, I can't say which program for sure, but most likely, it looks to have been done in an animation program.

    300,000 views probably by kids who inadvertently click an ad or watch a pre-roll ad is not too shabby regardless of the drugs the creator took.

    My advice is ask Kurt from the High Voltage video sub-forum.

    My thoughts are you could use Iclone from https://www.reallusion.com

    Or if you want 2D animation then checkout their CrazyTalk Animator.

      Hey Ozi...I had the same thought that the 3D character animation was IClone or similar 3D character animation program.


      Then over-lay the characters over the background using any of a number of video editors.
