What Happened?

I had a really difficult pregnancy and my corporate job almost caused a miscarriage. And after I gave birth, I couldn't stand the idea of not being there for my daughter because I'm too busy working 12 hours a day.

And your names John?

Anyway, I realised my life was going nowhere. I was in an ok job but I wasn't going to go anywhere so bought myself a pc and looked into making money online.

Took a few years to make anything worth talking about but eventually it was going well. I was sitting in the office at my regular job one day, listening to people talking and just remember thinking what am I doing here? So took the plunge and handed my notice in a couple years back nearly to work for myself, and was one of the best things I ever did.

Nothing happened to me.

I was spending a lot of time online back in late 90's and early 2000's then in 2005 I purchased my first domain name then someone contacted me wanting it buy it and like they say the rest is history...

When l was young l made up my mind that l wanted to become rich when l grew up.

To hell with the astronaut and fireman ones!

Although they are sending people around the moon next year, so once l have saved up $30m, might think about it!

I never liked what I was studying in school and couldn't see myself enjoying any job I would get in the field....

Then when I wound up in said job, wanting to get out of it in any way possible ASAP.

There's something about punching the clock and working for someone else that doesn't sit right with me, as I'm sure is the case with many of us here...
