How to use same subdomain from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

Hi, I need help. I am currently using wordpress.com for our blogs. We use a custom subdomain (for example: mylink.mysite.com) for wp.com and it uses a permalink with date and day. Our goal is to change change from wp.com to wp.org.

Now my question is, how can I use the subdomain mylink.mysite.com on our wordpress.org site and change its permalink structure to a shorter one?
