LG 3D Smart TV technical problem

I bought LG 3D Smart TV for Christmas, and now it keeps restarting continuously. I knocked customer support center several times but the support guys don't seem to know what the problem is. Every time I select an input source, it decides to restart. I've done a factory reset 3 times.It doesn't see to help. I've updated to the latest available firmware as well. It's an LG Smart 3D TV model: 55LM760T-ZB.Guys, I need your help on this.

    Why are you trying to 'fix' a new TV? Return it - exchange it - sounds like it may be defective. If you bought it for Christmas - isn't there a warranty?

      At last, it found its destiny.cracked screen and the cracked screen cannot be repaired. If you asked why?
      Well, 1st the screen is NOT repairable, then it needs to be replaced. The only drawback in this repair - it is a very expensive; if you asked: "how expensive?" - As expensive as buying a whole new TV. There is no way to tell the exact price on such repair without seeing it first, but it is never worth it, even though it may not make sense - to replace almost brand new TV because of a small crack...The only problem that those cracks are not repairable and the whole panel would have to be replaced, so that's the only option - look for a new TV...

      If I looking for warranty it takes several months. But it can be repaired rapidly.

      The TV's F***ed, a lemon, not performing as advertised, it's not doing exactly as it says on the box. Send/take it back for replacement or refund. There..you see my expertise in action.

    I bought an LG TV years ago. The picture was great...at first. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a piece of junk in the long run. No more LG for me.
