When am frustrated & tired from work. I take few days off. I just rest & chill. clear my head. and let my unconscious mind solve the problem.

    Best part?

When I opted for the SRS Thong an' Zero Inhibitions offers, they bundled me a bonus Aromatherapy Foot Massage.

I'm surprised you didn't opt for the Whatty Through The Window deal. It's just as fancy as the other deals, but is a lot less expensive.

If even that's beyond your budget, why not go down market and try Whitacre Through The Window (needs large windows, preferably double french doors). Save even more money by opting for the Riffle On A Rope package (no windows required, a dog or cat flap will do).

So that blind people can hate them as well.

My understanding is when people do not opt for the Whatty Through The Window deal and the Riffle On A Rope packagethat Whatty and Riffle will pay the bill.

At work, if you want to call it that, I am the boss and employ several people. I hired them mainly because they were the types of people that were not afraid to tell me I am wrong. If they somehow dismiss telling me when I am wrong (I am told I can be very intimidating) then I get frustrated at myself.

So I go to any ol' honky-tonk and pick fights with the biggest cowboys until I get my butt kicked, Then.. beers are on me

If the beers are on you, I'll pick a fight with you any day. Actually, make that every day.

Well you can start by not trying to push yourself to think you should be working 16 hours a day

So if you notice I am linking this to your other thread

Design you life so on days when you are in the groove you can work every waking hour if you choose otherwise

Have day where you work a minimum number of hours to get needed stuff done

How about an anger room? They have become quite popular in America...you pay money to go into a made up room with glasses, plates, cabinets, tables all set up and you take a baseball bat or crowbar and start swinging!

I prefer to push myself physically at the gym. Sitting at a computer for long periods of time gets me restless and circulation becomes poor, which means brain function decreases...without you realizing it.

A solid workout with good music can have you solving the biggest problems with more confidence and ease.

I prefer to push myself in the rented rooms at the honky-tonks. Hey, one gets for what pays for

OMG, "workout" is a dirty four letter word in my parts of the woods. Now, a few solid beers after the rented rooms is about as close as I get to a workout

      P.S. Just joking with you.

I am more frustrated with play.

Or after my coffee went cold today, and l still had a lot to read in the daily paper, l went upstairs where there are several restaurants, two out of four with decent lighting after 5pm, (the other two turn into dens with candles, but no candles).

And after option A wasn't an option, went for option B, assuming that the well lit table was available.

But nope, it has become a den also, (several bright halogens where replaced with some p***weak, single light).

So l then put some coins into the Musters pinball game, which of course didn't work, and only worked with a card, when l eventually played that walked out and went for the best lit den available.

No doubt dens or dimly lit saves on electricity and encourages or forces people to eat instead of read, and my state is adopting dim, which is of no surprize!

Big fan of deep yin yoga here David. Power walking does the trick too. Also, just feeling the fear fueling the frustration feels bad at first, but clears the energies so you can proceed from a chill, relaxed vibe.

You felt frustration at work sometimes. Its the symbol of you are not spending time for your own self !! We mostly get exhausted when we failed to spend time for us. It's necessary to spend some alone time-space with you. So spend some time on the things which make you happy and free. Be with someone who loves you. Be with kids to cherish the moments !!!
