      Oh those are "circle flies" because they're almost always found circling around the back end of a horse.
      Looks like he's wearing a dildo as a festive party hat. It's not a sexual organ, but it is involved in sex with Claude.

      That's not flies, it's dandruff. It's an old picture though and he no longer suffers from it.
