Sampling DNA From a 1,000-Year-Old Illuminated Manuscript




Never thought about Book DNA and what the DNA can tell is about the book until I read the article. Interesting.


Do you have a Book Shelf of books or a single book that may qualify for the DNA test? If you do.. you may want to put it under lock and key.

    What I'm afraid of is someone taking the DNA from an old book, and using it to recreate clones of the book by the millions...and then these clone books take over the world.

    That's a nightmare I have every night.....every night.

      funny but it has nothing to do with the illuminati .

      a horror i have is people will do this with verious type of papper money ..although it is probably a federal crime to give the exact properties of dollar bill ..giving a number of dna from different humans ..people may not want to handel cash wish bare hands again

      Yes, a case of DNR. Cloning books has been tightly controlled in recent years. Thank God for digital copies becoming popular, they are not dangerous as long as you don't print them out. I still have nightmares though about a rogue copy of "One Call Closing" getting printed and causing destruction as it rampages across the countryside.

    Agreed and I see your point and your reasoning and your sound logic.

    I am not an expert, but as I understand it..

    The more clones that are created eventually become progressively dumber than the last clone.

    At some point, the dumb clones become vacuum cleaner salesmen and take over the world.

    Yeah, a real but legit nightmare... every night.
