Third playoff game of my adulthood, second win, and against the Stillers (that's spelled correctly).

Of course, due to COVID, I could only celebrate with my immediate family, but that's Browns Fandom for you...

Watched the game till a little after 11pm. You must of been on the edge of your seat sweating in the 3 and part of the 4th quarter. Pittsburg gained a lot of momentum and kept marching down the field. Tough place to win at congratulations to Browns fans.

As a Browns fan, you expect the worst. I kept waiting for a new low in Browns fan torture: getting a 28 point lead only to watch it be slowly and methodically erased by your arch rival. For once it didn't happen.

My only concern is that the Browns stole too much of the Buckeyes' life force and they'll be flat in tonight's National Championship game...

You probably would fit in as a Steelers fan. You have similar grooming habits.

I watched the UK live relay of the game. In the studio feed, they had a Browns fan who is a regular NFL podcaster. He said the feeling of impending doom he had at 28-0 in the first quarter was the worst he'd experienced. He only managed a smile at the 4th quarter 2-minute warning.

As a supporter of a perennially losing football (soccer) team, I can relate. The despair, I can handle. It's the hope that kills you.

    Happy for you, Dan.

Surprised they beat Clemson. Watched a lot of college football due to the pandemic keeping me indoors on Saturdays. Clemson was tough, if they have a chance tonight they need to be on top of their game.

I wasn't surprised the Bucks beat Clemson, but I was surprised at how badly they beat them.

If the same team shows up tonight, Alabama could be in trouble. However, this has all the trappings of a let-down game.

COVID has already played a factor as the Buck's will be missing some starters on the D line.

Added after the game: Well, that wasn't fun. Turns out you definitely can't beat Alabama when you're down 13 players, including two starters on the d line, your QB is hurt, you lose your star rb on the first play of the game, and you lose your best o lineman, too.

Even if those issues had not arisen, I don't know if the Buckeyes could've won that game. Their D was too hit or miss this year and Bama's offense is simply awesome.

I felt bad for all the players that got hurt last night, looked like the Running Back has a broken collar bone. When they hit the quarterback in the side, you could see him wincing in pain.

I prefer Ohio over Alabama, but even seeing the Heisman Trophy winner going for x-rays was a shame. Turned it off when the final touchdown was made. To big of a deficit to come back from.

As is typical, the Browns get hosed by bad officiating and poor time management.

The non call on targeting on the end zone fumble absolutely changed the game.

The NFL pays lip service to player safety but the refs don't call a severely blatant target to the head on Higgins. He fumbles into the end zone for a touch back, taking 6/7 points from the Browns. They lose by 5.

Stefansky's challenge on the Hill catch was a poor decision, punting with 4:31 to go was questionable, and letting Chad Henne run for 13 yards was unfathomable.

Of all the Brownsy games I've watched, that was absolutely the Brownsiest.

And that caps one of the Browns' best seasons in 30+ years...

It could be worse. We could be the Bengals...

    (Sorry, Kay)

So several hits to the head that should of been called in a few games this weekend. College Football they call it all the time. They also can bench a player the rest of the game. Seen it happen in the Bowl games and during the season. The Refs in college do not put up with it. To bad the Pro Refs don't even bother.

A lot of that is in direct response to Eric Legrand and a few quarterbacks with long term memory issues. https://www.google.com/search?q=Eric...hrome&ie=UTF-8

It amazes me the lack of care the NFL shows compared to the NCAA.

As a Browns fan, I'm salty because the missed call potentially cost the Browns a place in the AFC Championship game.

As a lover of the sport, I'm disappointed at the lack of concern and how that may affect the long-term viability of the league.

They're named after their founder, Paul Brown. They became a shit team after the fact.

Least his second name wasn't Coon, (ethnic, minority,... activists run our country).

I personally will be celebrating Aust, (the 26th) and trying to remember our botched national anthem, while keeping away from red zones.
