Yes, I would buy it. I am always telling my husband
that I need a robot that makes food and brings it, the
kind in the "I, Robot" movie. I have also been wishing
for that food replicator from Star Trek that produces
any kind of meal you want. Do they have that yet?

Would I buy it for my self? No. No matter the cost.

    But would I sell it?

    That's a different question.

    No. I wouldn't sell it.

You could install a robot vacuum cleaner underneath. Tell customers: "It beats, as it sweeps, as it chills" Call it the Iceson

no it is a pretty bad design ..

lazy people would probably have a small fridge sitting on a table next to where they are sitting ..to keep the case of beer cold ...

make it big enough to hold a case of beer ...and put the door on the top ..like a cooler and have a few cup holders on the top ..and some way to display team logos on the side that allows the logos to be switched out easily ..depending on what sport is being watched ..

Speaking of lazy people - my first reaction to the product was 'how lazy can you get'...then i looked around the house and realized in this house (with 3 adults) we have two large fridge/freezers (one on lower level), a large upright freezer, a wine cooler and a beverage fridge in the sunroom. Last week Lowe's delivered a new side-by-side model...to the barn. Something cold is never far away here. Maybe one little fridge that comes to you would be better after all.

I would design a minifridge encased in wood with a table top - an end table with beverages seems like a good idea.

i'm not connecting the amount of fridge and freezer space in your home to any kind of laziness. Possibly its over preparation for the next lockdown. Maybe ..

does someone in your hours hold hunt ..or a family member so they fill your freezer when they have extra ..

i recognize two kinds of laziness ..there is the depression / sloth type laziness. Then there are the people who employ technology to do work .. and don't turn around and fill the extra time created ..with new kinds of work to look busy and justify their existence ..

thats why the design looks so bad ... it doe not look like the designers even thought the main reason for a portable or automate fridge would be mainly to keep adult beverages cold ..

so it is defiantly not big enough for a keg and it is far to low to the ground ..and it move around like it has had a few to many to drink ..

  • The good folks from Panasonic clearly ain't seen my apartment.

AI is fine for expansive an' uncluttered floorin' -- but mebbe naht too cool when let loose in muh hedonist's deathtrap.

Hey, but mebbe it can be rigged up to swing from the ceilin'?

With an ice cream dispensah, plus multiple toobs for squirtin' a whole buncha alcohol direct to my cocktail glass as I recline exotically?

Plenty sales pitches here if'n we can lash it in chains an make it towtwally servile ...

"Flips olives into the mouths of The Cutesy!"

"Frisbees sliced Brie onto rye bread like a magician makin' with playin' cards!"

"Instant cucumbah for gals with a lust for salad!"

Way I see it, we gaht a long way to go before refrigerational smarts level up all kinda R2D2.

"For a frosty appliance, I possess a quirky character unusually rounded out with warmth. Would you like to feel the firmness of my wholesome and nutricious lettuce array? Does the promise of fizz spraying from my ice cold beer bottles fill you with hot, hot passion, like you might very easily DIE?"

Huh. Las' thing I need right now is no mouthy appliance.

Which is kinda weird bcs typically that is my areah.

Jus' gotta hope this loodicrawse device makes sumone's day, I guess.

Attorney: My client wishes it to be known that if the microwave oven he strapped to his partner's neck in order to guarantee she would lie at the bottom of the Hudson forever hadn't come with such a generous money back guarantee, he would never have needed to steal a swanky AI monstrosity from the Gadget Wadget Superstore Mart 4U & All Your Pals. He also wishes it to be known that the idea he had for the microwave oven does not extend to said device, and felons unknown may need to be apprehended before justice is served.

Don't get me started on the Perfect Pug Pouffe upsell.

"Your long hours in the office don't suit Crushface. So why not treat him to his own special theme park ride? Simply attach the Stoopid' Frickin' Dog sleep pouffe thang to the moronically superfluous travelling AI nightmare of your choice, and your faithful friend will be guaranteed to enjoy the nirvana-like experience YOU know as 'long haul flight in the company of the maximally vapid'."

Next email promotes the extra strength duct tape.

From here, it's a 6-message series mainly centered on cyanide.

Summary: Sorry, Panasonic, your mobile refrigeratah ain't for Moi.
