While You Were Sleeping
Freelancer types have faced this for a long time where they are in, let's say, Asia but mostly work for clients in the US or Europe.
But post COVID, some people are intentionally choosing remote work and even moving away from their home or office location to take advantage of this new opportunity for new freedom.
In Asia, the time difference with US Eastern time is 12 hours. So, if you were to work US office hours, you would be up all night and have to sleep during the day. That can interfere with family responsibilities and it's harder on a marriage, for example, when you never see your spouse (but sometimes it's better LOL).
Ideas? Thoughts? Wisdom? Snark?
