Do you know the time?

I've searched and searched and I'm so embarrassed that I can't find this information anywhere and I can't figure it out. My normal date tools found on https://timeanddate.com aren't helping in this case. I've used them for years, but I can't figure this out.

I have a meeting to attend and the time listed is (7:00 PM GMT + 7).

It might be easier to ask the meeting guys but see sentence one above.

So, is the time 7:00 PM or GMT +7?

I'm in GMT +8 so that's an hour after the time above I think. But is the time above 7:00 PM which would be 8:00 PM here or GMT+7 which would be something else entirely I think.

Help me please. I've wasted more time on this thing today than I care to admit and I still don't freaking know what time that represents! The meeting is tomorrow so I've got to figure it out now.

Anyone smarter than me here? What a minute. With 1,642,032 members here that means 1,642,031 are.

    Try this:

GMT+7 Now, GMT+7 to Worldwide Time Converters -- TimeBie

I believe you're looking at 8pm your time.

    I think you're overthinking.

Edit: I got the GMTs flipped in my initial post. It's 8pm your time.

Well, I see it now with your link.

I don't know where I kept getting the idea that the meeting would be early in the AM at a time i can't attend. I think that threw me off and my thinking got so clogged up after that I couldn't think straight.

    Thanks.
