Doing your own Olympics...
You do not have to be a world class athlete to compete in your 'own' Olympics.
Just challenge yourself to get up and just do it ( I know a cliché of a phrase but it's true)
Be the inspiration to yourself and to those around you.
Remember the Race is not always won to the swiftest but to those who keep on keeping on!
