The County Visitor's Bureau came out to my friend's farm to film what we do and put it on their website.... I wasn't able to be there that day....but easy to see why I love it.

We have one trail guide who rides the 'prettiest mule ever' - he trailers her in from his own farm every weekend. She's a sweetie.

The land - pastures and woods - provide a perspective you don't find in a city...as well as the peace and quiet. Right now there are 3 newborn ponies and a new calf that provide the 'awwww' factor.

I grew up on land like that and it's hard to understand how people can live in cities and never be out in a natural environment. I suppose you don't miss what you don't know.

I agree. But I tend to enjoy both. Particularly living in a large metropolis ( like I did in LA) because of the general excitement of everyday living. It takes a different type of species to enjoy the hustle and bustle of city Life. However, it is so alluring to me.

But nature and what you captured on that video is mighty attractive and alluring as well. I could live that Life too.

Maybe someday I can live both if I hit the lotto or something lol
