Hey Steve,

You said you would like Dave Matthews to record one of your songs...

So I got him to do one. Even got it on the cover of the Rolling Stone...:p

Enjoy,

Bill

And you know what. It's a really catchy song.

The lyrics from the hook of the chorus remind me of a certain Janet Jackson song Steven?

    Nevertheless.

I give the song 8/10 and the graphical improvisation 9.5/10.

    Garry.

Actually, this is a really catchy tune. If I told you how many times I had to listen to this tune to create the animation you'd think I was exaggerating.

And here's the kicker...I'm still not tired of it. If the production values were a little better (that's not a knock, Steve ) I could see a tune like this getting air play.

      KJ

      ps. Thanks for the 9.5.

pps. I just checked the view stats and the CTR is about 32%. Those folks who didn't click on the vid have no idea what they're missing...:p

Please, if I was a freakin record producer would I be doing IM?

The problem with the production is I crammed way too many tracks into
this. You have no idea how many. Heck, even the lead guitar solo is double
tracked. That's how I got that thick sound. And let me tell you, trying to
play the same lead twice exactly the same was NOT easy. I don't even
know how many takes it took me.

You may not be sick of it, but I can do without hearing it for at least a few
        months.

I guess I won't be gettin' ya that CD for Christmas this year...

          Thanks for the heads up.

Don't get me wrong, I think what Bill did was awesome. But artists get kind
of tired of hearing their own stuff after a while. It's one of the hazards of
being a songwriter and a performer. I've got tapes of mine I haven't listened
              to in 10 years.

              Of course, they suck too.

Ok, I'm sorry! That's not my forte, on the other hand...

I never get tired of hearing my voice because with all three of my children out of the house now, there's nobody to talk to me, but me! LOL! :p

Well then, you should let me make a video starring YOU and you can play it on your computer whenever the silence gets deafening...

And thanks for the kind words. That means a lot to me.
