I once had a semi-automated blog that posted hot news/trends to Twitter. A few posts went through talking about some Iranian politics and next thing I know my site was hacked by them. I think Twitter had issues that day too.

I got rid of that site and don't talk about overseas politics anymore.

A friend of mine was hacked by some in turkey took down 5 of his sites with all sorts of anti us hatred speech etc .

There is a tool you can download for free friends that will help verify if your site is vulnerable or not it is called acunetix and i use it it is good and thorough my friend who got hacked is now also using it

this stuff scares the belogna out of me especially when there are members involved so i took this measure i don't know if it is possible to get around it but this program is pretty thorough and pronounced the site safe with no vulnerabilities.

hope this can help someone that is terrorism but we cannot live in fear things in the world will become a lot lot worse this is just the beginning all we can do is take measures

Hey thanks - I lost my whole php system to one of these f***heads. Took a long time to get it rebuilt - ended up having to change servers.......lost most of my members over it. Took a real toll. I sure am going to use this tool.

Well the Iranian Cyber Army wasn't THAT good. Twitter is completely back up.

I mean... a DDOS coming from all 4 of Iran's servers running on old Commodore 64s might stop a solar powered calculator from working, but they'd better stick to figuring out how to stop the mass protests in the street with the people about ready to overthrow their government (again).
